Roles
Each role is its own screener with its own questions, weights and apply link. Create one per position you hire for.
Builder
Add sections and questions. Tag each scored question to a category and choose how it's marked: auto (free) for multiple-choice / numeric, AI for written answers.
Weights
How much each category counts toward the final score. Add or rename categories here; they become selectable in the Builder.
AI pre-screen (cost control)
Every application is first marked for free on the auto-scored questions (multiple-choice and numeric). The AI only reads the written answers and writes a summary when that free score reaches your bar, so weak applications cost nothing.
0 = review everyone (AI always runs). Higher = stricter and cheaper; only stronger applicants get an AI summary.
Candidates
Ranked strongest to weakest. Tap any candidate for the full breakdown.
Settings
Your own Anthropic API key powers the AI scoring; usage is billed to your account.
Stored in the local app database. Get a key at console.anthropic.com → API keys.

These colours style the public candidate form only. Pick a preset or set your own, then save.

Candidate email template
A ready-made message for the Email candidate button. Use {name} and {role} as placeholders — they are filled in automatically for each candidate.
